People sneeze / cough on you in trains

Its a rant post. I have noticed that people travelling in locals have zero civic sense. They will be busy scrolling on their phone and happily cough/ sneeze on others without even thinking that it may affect their health. This is the 3rd time that I have been down with high fever. And whenever someone sneezes on me i shoot them a nasty look but it doesn’t deter them. I feel like punching such people. Like why tf are they like this. Just use a hanky or something. I have noticed this behaviour even in 1st class compartments where usually women who are educated and are commuting to MNCs are also behaving like a ganwaar.
