Need advice ...

Hey everyone, I’m a 20-year-old introvert who really wants to start dating, but I just can't seem to make it happen. Socializing is tough for me—I find it hard to open up, especially in front of girls. I’ve tried dating apps, but nothing really came out of it. Either I don’t get matches, or conversations just fizzle out. The thought of approaching someone in real life feels impossible. I overthink everything and end up saying nothing at all. Even when I do talk, I struggle to express myself properly. How do I break out of this loop? Any advice from fellow introverts who’ve been through this? ( Tried joining some communities didn't work out as well Don't have a big group of friends who can introduce me to their friends either And I don't think i can find anyone here on reddit )
