Name change ad in local newspapers

Hi, so i want to publish a name change ad in a local newspaper (english + marathi) i was wondering if anybody here did it or have any contacts or is there a way to approach. Also im not looking to spend much, it would be better if it is 300-1000 range. Please let me know if there is any local newspaper where i can publish my address for cheaper price
