Mumbai University Semester 2 marksheet hearing

applied for my **semester 2 duplicate marksheet** on the **Aaple Sarkar** portal but got no response for over a month. After appealing, I was asked to visit Mumbai University's Kalina campus on December 30th for a **hearing**. I've never been there and have no idea about the process. Can anyone guide on what documents I should carry to get my duplicate marksheet
