Malad to Navi Mumbai

I have to travel this Sunday from Malad West to reach Navi Mumbai(Belapur) before 4pm. What is the route and from where can I get the train? I shifted here recently and have never travelled beyond western and central line so have no idea about harbour line, can anyone please guide me?
