Looking for cheap accomodation

Hello Mumbaikars! I plan on coming to Mumbai a month from now. Looking for cheap accomodation in Colaba/Churchgate/ around CST. It's mostly students so I want something that is safe and cheap at the same time. Don't need the rooms to be overly luxurious just the bare basics. Please drop some suggestions.
