Least Polluted Area in Mumbai

I moved to Mumbai a year ago. Live and work in Lower Parel. I have lot of respiratory health issues since. Doc says pollution is high out here from construction and no/slow moving traffic. Curious if there is any area in Mumbai or Thane/Navi Mumbai where air quality is reliably better most of the year. Or at least in the winter months.
