I got Rs.2,000 challan for over speeding just 6kmph over 100 !!

I have heard of several youtube lawyers claiming that hefty challan amount can be contested and the amount can be brought down to just few hundred ruppees.. by way of 1. Lol Adalat or 2 Virtual court settlement I have tried alot.. to get information on how to file complaint on Virtual Court or reserve my seat for Lok Adalat.. but i couldn't find any support.. Its just 2 months of 2025 and i have paid 1000 challan amount (Rs. 500 x 2 ) for parking in No Parking Zone.. [ i wonder why i failed to find a perfect parking spot ] Hence.. i want to try and avoid this time atleast..
