How to stop this plastic burning nonsense mumbai!?

Someone burns something like plastic (see 2nd photo) every evening, the smell is so horrid feels like we've been filling plastic in our lungs & brain I went at this spot after following the smoke The smoke is carried by wind & it causes every residential apartments nearby to inhale this shite On google it says there is one section in BNS for punishing public garbage burning This seems to be done by a sh!tty MIDC company or something How to take hardest action on this? This is playing with people's lives!
