How to manage life in Mumbai with 45k.

My younger sister has joined DEPR, RBI Mumbai as a research intern. Her stipend is 45k pm. She is very confident to manage all the things by herself with 45k stipend. I'm proud of her but at the same time concerned. Please guide me how to manage Accommodation, food, conveyance, etc with 45k stipend.
