How to live in Mumbai?

Hello people, I'm a (23F) , recently moved to Mumbai for job.. I make nearly 38K and currently staying in a PG at marine lines as my job is in Ballard estate. The living conditions are not great but the place is close to work hence I'm here.. I'm comfortable with traveling now but I'm not able to find a decent 1BHK / 1RK under 13K. Can somebody help me finding decent property.
