Hotel/Stay suggestions

My friends from abroad are visiting India and in mumbai I am trying to find accommodation (n9thing beyond Andheri) so any suggestions which are clean, hygienic in good locality where they feel safe are welcome. My budget is 40k (yes doesn’t look much but that’s all I can do😭) for 10 people 3 nights 💀 [yeah you really thought it was easy even I did but it isn’t 😭]
