Every day nuisance on loudspeaker

There's a cricket ground on veera desai road (UJPL) ground that which creates nuisance by constant commentary and loud music throughout the day (every day). As a resident of a nearby society who works from home this is an issue. I mean how is this even legal to do this every day? Idk why the people living nearby don't complain about it. I tried calling 100 but no one picked up twice!
