Dadar taxi scam

Hi guys just came by shivneri to bombay and reached dadar station at 1:00 am. From there i dont know why but i took a kaali peeli to go to my friends house in vile parle east. Initially i didnt suspect anything but taxi had 2 people in it, one driver and another person who sat in the front seat with him who helped me with the my bags, the meter was covered with a cloth and was faulty and he charged me Rs 470 for a 9km ride , then while i was getting down I didnt argue much since it was my fault of not checking the meter beforehand and i knew he'll make a scene out of it, as i was giving him money he turned on some shady blue light and changed the 500 rupee note with a 100 rupee note and i realised this after he left. WORST FEELING EVER. had come here for an interview after working till 9pm and now cant sleep due to this stupied incident and have to give an interview at 8 am tomorrow. Now i am thinking of the pattern where he said that i dont take upi and how the drivers aid tricked me into a conversation while the driver replaced the note and that blue light ughhh why am i so naive , i hate myself rn for being so stupid
