can i use electricity/gas bill registered under my dads name as proof of address for passport re-issue? (i am 25)

my passport is about to expire in a month. i moved to a new house earlier this year, but have not updated my address on my Aadhar card. i urgently need to renew my passport, and updating my Aadhar card would take a lot of time. nevertheless aadhar card not an option as i need the passport within 15 days - i am applying for Tatkaal through an agent. can i use an electricity/gas/maintenance bill or any other relevant document under my fathers name which has address as proof of address while applying for the renewal? the house is owned by my father and i have no other bills or documents that have my name that can be used as address proof. i am not a minor. any advice or help would be appreciated!
