Where can I find traditional Indian clothes for plushies/pets/dolls?

I'm from the US with a friend who is going to Mumbai next week. We want to get my small stuffed cat, who stands on two legs, a little lehenga or some fancy traditional outfit! I've been a fan of Indian music and clothing for a while and find traditional wear on animals extremely adorable, so I'd love to get my kitty something. She's 8 inches tall and 4 inches wide. Where would I be able to find traditional clothes for her? Can I get them custom made anywhere?
