Should these 16-17 year old boys be allowed to accompany their mother or sister in female compartments in local? As the title suggests, this muslim family (mostly women and kids) with probably 10-12 bunch of people boarded the local train with me towards csmt, with them they had 2 young boys aged 16-17 approximately.
