I need some advice from Mumbaikars I completed my summer internship in Mumbai, where I stayed just 500 meters from my office in Lower Parel. Many of my MBA batchmates also had their internships in Mumbai, but unlike most of them, I really liked the city. The hustle culture, the pace, the people, and the Marine Drive mesmerized me. The people in this sub were also quite helpful. My placements are done, and I will likely be moving to Mumbai for my job in May. I’ve been placed in a Product Manager role with a... 4 13 replies
Places to go near NMIMS. Hello, Mumbai! This is my first post here. I'm visiting the city for the first time because of my interview at NMIMS While I'm here, I’d love some recommendations for good places to eat, explore, and street shop near NM. Currently staying in Virar and braving the local trains, so any survival tips to make the journey less ‘adventurous’ would be much appreciated! 3 1 replies
Rock/Metal places in Mumbai Hey guys, this is my first time in Mumbai, and as a huge Linkin Park fan, I really want to visit Chester Bennington Marg. It's about 2.7 km from where I'm staying. However, when I looked it up on Google, I found photos from four years ago and a recent one where the wall with Chester's painting seems to be missing. Can anyone confirm if the mural is still there? Also, are there any other places in Mumbai with rock/metal tributes, music shops, or anything similar worth checking out?... 2 1 replies
