Mumbai Parking Scam

Been seeing a lot of scams in regards to parking in Mumbai. Seen two types of scams, especially in South Mumbai: 1. A random person/group of people will stand at a potential parking area on the road and help you park. Will ask for 100/200 rupees, and won't give any receipt. If you refuse they say it is to keep the 'mamus' quiet and not fine your car. The nearby official parking will refuse to give you space, even if there is plenty citing silly reasons. 2. Official BMC parking guy will give you Rs. 50 slip after you UPI rs 100 to them for the hour of parking. They'll say don't worry, you can keep the car for an hour, with Rs 50 going into their pocket. Just putting this here for knowledge propagation. Anyone we can complaint such instances to?
