• Difficulty in Airtel corporate sim transfer to Iphone16 pro

    Hello everyone, i dont know if this would be the right forum but here goes nothing. My father recently got a new device Iphone 16 pro. He is upgrading from Iphone 11 pro, but due to some reason he is unable to transfer the sim to the new device (eSim transfer). He uses a corporate issued sim but still its been over 10 days and everyone keeps suggesting the same solution, go to transfer eSIM option in the Airtel app. Honestly this whole experience has led to me question was there a geniune need for having eSIM's in the first place. Was there a need to complicate a process that was simple and working! in the first place? (i know this allows Iphone users to have 2 sims but again android has been doing the same with a perfectly operational trays) Anyways I would really appreciate any suggestions you have to resolve this issue.
