Career Unemployment

I have around 9 months of experience as HR at consultancy.It was basically target based hiring job.There were miscommunication always from client's side.If they didn't hire any candidates sent from our end we were terminated from our job.It was kind of hectic plus boring.Last August 2023 left that job after that tried to get job at good company not consultancy.But only consultancy approached.I don't want to work in consultancy toxic target based job.Currently, thinking to search internship opportunity in event management field.But again I don't have experience in event management.They ask for experience before hiring.I am just tired and frustrated.I am overthinking alot about what's next.Using Linkedin,Naukri to apply jobs.My friends circle left me bcoz in life I am doing nothing.It feels like life is over.What should I do any guidance?
