Any CD/DVD disk restoration services in Mumbai or around Navi Mumbai?

I have an old dvd in which my mother appeared on the Marathi TV show called "Home minister" we were given a dvd of the recorded episode as a keepsake, but now the cd is entirely scratched up and it can't be read, but I believe it can be restored, please point me towards shops which offer this kind of a service, any help is appreciated thanks, I have already looked on google but no avail.
