Triumph problems

Bike having trouble starting its like if i don’t start it with the first time pushing button then it won’t start for atleast 2-3 hours or just push start on 2nd gear(Iykyk) i complained about this to the service centre on my second periodic service they had trouble with it too and delayed my delivery saying the battery was discharged, since then multiple times the bike gave same issues due to my tight schedule i couldn’t get it rectified. Any triumph owner facing the same issue please tell me how you fixed your bikes issues Another issue is with the immobiliser alert light always comes on
