Rynox got called for their bad quality /customer service and Co founder took the responsibility and promised to improve . Watch the video

[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GJwsTQuMttQ](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GJwsTQuMttQ) I myself had bad experience with Rynox . \- My friends brand new gravel gloves knuckle glue came off during ride . Rynox asked the gloves to be shipped and gave him option for new replacement or discount on a new glove purchase . He bought touring glove and its working perfectly for 2 years . \- Other friends tail bags strap broke . He had to get them fixed at mochi . \- My own gravel glove's red hook broke in 1 year of use . I had to stitch it back . \- My dry Ice glove leaked ton of blue color when used in heavy rain . Color was soo hard my hands where blue for few days . Top layer is cracked already and breaking off and it doesn't work in rain or cold weather at all . \- first version of Rynox rain gear was absolutely useless . I bought 2nd version and it worked better but now I have switched to RE . Does this mean rynox is bad ? Its not they just need to spend some more time on testing their products . \- I own navigator tail and tank bag and shoved stuff in them really hard and they still very sturdy plus not a single item has gotten wet . This was not the case with previous tank bag but also looking at quality of other brands like viaterra , rahgear etc there can be improvement in the straps . \- Bought my first riding gear from rynox and they were absolutely amazing . Bought second pair of pant and loving it but for jacket I switched to RE nirvik \- For Gloves I am avoiding rynox now and have switched to Viaterra since its better quality . What are your thoughts about Indian riding gear brands ?
