One word for this bike ?

This (keeway sr125) looks horrible in person and really made me think how will ever someone decides to put their money on this when it certainly looks like a compilation of a weird parts of various bikes that made by some local mechanic..!! (Especially those front indicators and wiring, headlamp) Your opinion on this ?
