[OC] Harmful Weapon in Scooters (Side Step)

To all the scooter users/owners, How many of you keep this side step unfolded when you are not carrying a pillion? Today, a Dio guy while overtaking me, hit my exhaust with this side step, and as if nothing happened, folded this side step and left leaving a small dent on my exhaust. He had no pillion and god knows why he has kept side step unfolded, if he had folded it nothing would have happened. After this I noticed 60-70% of scooter guys don't fold this step even though they have no pillion. I request all the scooter guys to think about others on the road and fold this side step when not required. This might cause immense damage if it hits other bikers leg. So, be considerate about others on road.
