Need engine RPM for calculations

I need the following data for an engineering calculation. Please help! For bikes/scooters in the **100-150 cc** category, provide: 1. Lowest engine RPM, such as when hot-stable idling 2. Highest engine RPM, such as under wide open throttle (high load, high speed) Please mention engine size (in cc) in your response. Also, is it fair to assume almost all bikes in 100-150cc category (in India) are petrol, single cylinder, and 4-stroke?
