Need advice

I'm a new rider, in a week or two I'll buy my first bike- Triumph Speed 400, what should I keep in mind to ask the dealer before the purchase? Also in my area the on-road price is 2,80,000 online, but the showroom is 'quoting' 2,95,000, is it right? They are also changing logistics fees (from Pune to delhi) extra. Can I 'negotiate' over the price & get extended warranty & some gear as a bundle?
