Lately getting low mileage

I was getting around 34 kmpl before first service but after service I dropped to 31 kmpl (never got more than that ) and now it has dropped down to 29- 28 kmpl. I sometimes do rash riding but mostly ride it calmly. Oil level and coolant is also normal. Any suggestions how to improve mileage. Does it have anything to do with winters ?
