Hunter 350 not starting when engine is warm

Ive had this issue for the past few months, I've told the service centre about it numerous times but they've ignored me saying things like "it's not starting because of the cold" even though this only happens when I stop the bike in the middle of a ride (while waiting for a friend or calling someone) I've never encountered issues with cold starts, my bike starts up immediately in 9 degree weather in the morning but it has trouble starting when the temp outside is 25 degrees and the engine is already warm. Does anyone know why this is occuring? I can't trust the service centre with diagnosing it because to be honest they are completely useless, they have messed up my dad's himalayan due to their negligence and I also had issues with them during the 1st service (they completely ignored my problems and just handed me the bike after an oil change, for context the issue was that the fuel tank's lid would not close, I have no idea why they thought it was not a necessary fix)
