Handlebar risers and gel seat recommendations?

Got the 2024 Duke 390 a little while back. Rode some 3.5 kms so far and the bike is really good but comfort isnt ideal, especially the seating comfort. Confused between internal gel seat or external gel seat or cycling shorts. Need recommendations. Looking for a handlebar risers as well, as I feel the reach could be a little less. Need suggestions on whether it is a good idea and if so, links few good ones. Thanks in advance.
