Had an accident riding gear saved

It was slow moving traffic there was a car infront of me I was already tired exhausted from heavy traffic and hot climate. I was talking to my pillion about the ventilation of my jacket and I took my eyes from the road for just a second and then boom we are on the road. I tried to stand up and i felt no pain or anything, asked my friend if she's okay some people gathered and told me to turn off the engine and they picked my bike up.The only thing I was concerned about was my bike at that moment idk why. I felt no pain at the moment but my right elbow has a tingling pain. My friend was okay she wasn't hurt not a single scratch. I was feeling a buzz in my head and it took some minutes to understand the reality and suddenly appears my childhood friend who was currently working at a company near the incident. I thought I was tripping for a moment. Then i realised the car driver suddenly stopped the car because someone opposite lane changed quickly it was a slop road but I did keep distance but the whole thing was fast I couldn't judge it properly. Ofcourse mistake was mine. However Car guy was rude and he created a scene there but the people and everyone watched the incident stood with me and tried to help me. Car didn't had any insurance that's why he argued me for money the things escalated to police station and i told let's take gd report and we could claim he didn't agree because he didn't have bumber to bumber insurance. The Sub inspector knows this guy and he told me settle this with some money because the car guy is known for this type of accidents. With the help of another native from there who is also a driver car guy agreed for 3500 rupees and i did gave him that money. Surprisingly my bike didn't had any major damage. Front brake lever and rear brake lever took almost all the impact and the crash guard. It only cost around 450 rupees to change front lever and adjusting the rear level. Never take your eyes from the road
