Confused between these two

So I've been looking for a bike and I've shortlisted these two as my last options, but not able to finalize on what I should get because I don't have much knowledge and experience with bikes in this segment. I've test ride both, and both are very good, before this I've been riding Hero Passion Pro(Old Model) and a Hero Pleasure Scooty. My priorities are performance, mileage, long lasting, easy maintainance and comfort for both rider and pillion TVS Apache RTR 160 4v USD Fork Dual Channel ABS Hero Xtreme 160r 4v Premium (2024)
