HSRP replacement rant. Everything about this country is a face-palm.

Haven't taken my bike out in about 19 days & I have a planned trip coming up in a week and in a weird ass scenario lost my rear HSRP plate on Jan 25 during a long ride which a friend noticed somewhere later. Came home & first thing I did was get to my nearest police station & get the quick online FIR done since the app wasn't clear & surprisingly a cop was very helpful & friendly. He was the one who said just put you lost somewhere near my home & the station limits cos I honestly dunno where I lost it but I had it. Here comes the first weird thing! You apparently have to wait 24 hours before you can file for a replacement plate. Like dafuk?! Why? Placed & paid for replacement plate on Jan 26. Alloted time of delivery was today. So I call the customer care around 4 pm & the executive dude straight up said wait till 6.30 pm & then call back if there's no delivery. I said cool, will do that. Fast forward to 6.30 pm - boom! Customer service is shut. Apparently they close shop by 6pm from Monday - Saturday. That executive was a smart ass.
