Need tips on improving night visibility!

Folks, please suggest options on improving night visibility on scrambler 400x. The headlight grill makes the headlight even worse and has practically no use in the city as well (darker areas where you need to see those potholes and speedbreakers, but the high beams from the opposite side makes you see nothing)
