Lot's of Motorcycles Part 1
I've test ridden 12 bikes in a short time span and this is my review/opinion of these bikes. Bikes reviewed: 1)cb300r 2)duke390 3)duke200 4)speed400 5)bear650 6)scrambler400 7)ADV390 8)rs457 9)RR310 10)NX500 11) Guerrilla 450 12) crossfire500x *Disclaimer*:- The reviews are more or less my opinions. Test ride the vehicles to see how you like them. [Background: I've been riding my n250 for a few months now and I'm no professional.] Location: Bangalore in all its glory (traffic and terrible roads) CB300R: Very good acceleration, adequate braking, very nimble and lightweight, extremely good for filtering through traffic, sounds alright and the fit and finish is alright too. Relatively light clutch, hassle free gear shifting but suspension might be too stiff to daily it on our roads. Can tell that it's built for the enthusiasts. (The switched up horn and indicator buttons on the hondas are annoying as heck) DUKE 390: Very good acceleration, accelerates throughout the rev range, adequate breaking, slight vibrations are present throughout the rev range but it's not bothersome, nimble and lightweight, light clutch and easy shifting, stiffer suspension and heats up slightly, sounds alright, very rev friendly. Not really for daily commuting. Can tell that it's built for the enthusiasts. SPEED 400: Good acceleration, comfy seating, light clutch and smooth gearbox, smooth power delivery, looks fantastic imo, adequate braking, suspension seems to be tuned for our Indian roads so comfortable, sounds alright, heats slightly. Can daily it. GUERRILLA 450: Good acceleration (slightly better than speed), pulls crazy in the second gear but the throttle is EXTREMELY sensitive in 2nd gear. Might be borderline dangerous. Idk if it was unique to the test bike offered. Relatively comfortable suspension, sounds alright, relatively nimble, adequate braking, relatively light clutch and the gearbox works as supposed to. Can daily it.5
