I finally got it! My first bike! But I have questions.
So I finally got this beauty after patiently waiting and saving for almost a year. It's only been a little over a week since delivery and the odo is already at almost 400kms, I know it probably isn't a lot in comparison to other pro riders here but man I'm loving it! Here are a few questions that I have on my mind right now: 1. I was expecting to experience stalling on this bike since that's what everyone mentioned as a con but I am not experiencing anything, at least not till now. I read somewhere that rev matching would solve the stalling issue considerably and so I practiced rev matching on a rental bike before purchasing this beauty. Is rev matching really why I face no stalling issues? 2. I do not plan on doing PPF or ceramic because I'm leaning towards the conclusion that at the end of it all detailing is pointless and whatever is to happen to the tank will happen anyways. Also, bi weekly maintenance of the tank by washing it (soft sponge, some kinda bike shampoo and micro fiber) would be sufficient ti keep it clean and shiny. Is this conclusion fair/sensible? 3. I also wanted to know if there is any precaution(s) that I should take whilst washing this bike. I remember previously reading somewhere that there is some part of the bike which should ideally not be drowning in water whilst washing, I can't find the post in my saved posts, so if anyone can specify the same with why, that'd be great. I can't wait for the run in period to end and honestly have no complaints with this bike except one and I don't know if it's a skill issue or a bike issue, I assume it's the former. I constantly find false neutrals in traffic when switching between 1 and 2, even when the bike is slightly in motion. Is this a skill issue? If yes, how do I overcome this? Am I being too soft on the gear or something? I realise some of the above questions might be stupid or silly, but please bare with me, thank you :)5
