How can i make ns 125 pillion seat comfortable?

Hyy guys, as title suggests, i took ns 125 instead of avenger 160 coz my big bro suggested it is less durable. So here i am with my ns125 with all my pillion seaters complaining about the uncomfortable experience. I looked at ways like adding a support but it looks vv weird. I know much couldn't be done, but do u have any trick or suggestions? Should i sell this (1yo ns 125) in exchange with second hand avenger 160? Pls comment.
