Abnormal Engine RPM

I own a 2023 Yamaha MT15, which I purchased in January 2024. I usually don't exceed speed limits, only doing so once or twice a month. Up until I reached 4,600 km, everything was normal, and I completed the three routine services. However, during a recent 30 km trip with my dad to visit a relative, I found myself speeding on the highway. After exiting the highway, I noticed that the engine was idling at around 2,200 RPM in 1st gear while stopped, instead of the usual 1,200 to 1,500 RPM. Additionally, while riding, I observed that when I upshift, the RPM tends to rise to between 2,200 and 2,700 (and sometimes even 3,000) after I release the clutch, instead of settling around 1,500 RPM. Is this normal? As a new rider, I have developed a couple of habits: - I tend to accelerate before fully releasing the clutch. - I change gears quickly, usually holding the clutch for about a second. P.S. I'm actively trying to change these habits.
