Recommended Broadband in Meerut?

I am facing trouble with wifi and dth whenever I come back to Meerut for a month or two twice a month, I have been using local DEN provider for this, and it is always an wiring issue due to monkeys whihc takes a week to resolve So can anyone recommend a good broadband connection in Shiv Shakti Nagar, Brahmpuri? \- I have been using Airtel Black in bngalore, but not happy with its connectivity issues. \- I haven't tried Jio \- Excitiel is also there \- Tata Play fibre is not yet present in Meerut
