Will the road from netravati bridge to jeppu railway get be ever fixed?!!

Recently saw a mangalore cyclist also post about this he said 'road la ijji thod la ijji'. Will this route ever be fixed they made such a big double road till the underpass but we cant go there. This little gully is the only road there is.
