Thimmappa's starting of in Mangalore!

Personally, I loved the seafood in their restaurant in Udupi. You could literally feel with every bite that it was so fresh, and all of the seafood I tried there was amazing! Hopefully they can recreate the same here, and the fish they use is as fresh as the ones in the Udupi restaurant.
