Pathetic KSRTC Ambaari buses

Recently travel in Ambaari dream class Volvo AC sleeper, paying 1400rs from Mangalore to Bangalore, and look at the pathetic condition of the seat. Backrest broken, the window isn't even cleaned with so much dust and mud! Upon complaining, the conductor mentioned that he can't do anything and buses arent being maintained properly. Meanwhile, then I see this news article of KSRTC free ticket scheme, having account to nearly 10000 crores!!! Is this what we tax paying and citizens who pay a premium for good service deserve? The state government has ruined one good thing that this state had, KSRTC bus service!
