Neighbor Violating Court Orders and Trespassing on Our Farming Land

Our family owns a farming land with areca nut plantations in Mangalore. During the pandemic, while we were living in Mumbai, our neighbor illegally encroached on the land. Despite multiple notices and an injunction order issued by the court on December 24, 2024, he continues to trespass. Just yesterday, he broke the fences and damaged the sprinklers we installed. He blatantly disregards legal authorities and court orders. What can I do to stop this? We are now trying to complain at the police station.
