Mangalore road sense gone for an absolute toss

It is only me who feels this way or is it true? I have been in mangalore for long as I can imagine, and I still remember coming back during 2017 18s etc from Bengaluru, and used to feel people still have a road sense here.(Except for buses and autos, which never had( Now, its absolutely gone for a toss! I see people driving wrong side every now and then, and they couldn't give two hoots about it. Using highbeam like they have to fight against the sun to show who is brighter, and who can blind more people on the road. Reckless driving and speeding, overtaking from the wrong side, indicator is for show and no one uses it. Helmets are for your elbows, and only for your head when you see a cop. How has the road sense here crashed to such a low?
