Could anyone please help me prepare neer dosas?

I have been trying to follow several YouTube recipes but when pouring the batter onto the pan, it sticks so bad that it does not cook and stays a mushy lump whenever I try to turn it, had to dump lumps of mush because of that, the consistency of the batter is pour able and flowing a little watery. Used rice powder and grated coconut to ring them in the mixie
