College Recommendations in Mangalore Please...

I am an outside India student.....(Bahrain) Marks are usually average to above average (I am second in my class here) Currently studying in CBSE.....but State is also fine for me moving to India for 11th and 12th want to pursue PCMC Tried CFAL but Modals results were 77% (they need 80%) Please give me the pros and cons too Please Help! It is not a must for it to be in the city.... (This is my first post on reddit so forgive me if I did anything wrong....) Thanks in Advance
