Can I Legally Protect My Restaurant Concept or Recipes?

Hey everyone, I’m planning to open a mid-level restaurant in Mangalore that combines two cuisines in a way that’s new to the area. I’m really excited about this, but I’m worried about competitors copying my concept, recipes, or the unique dishes I plan to introduce. Does anyone know if there are legal ways to protect my concept or recipes, like patents or trademarks? Or is it more about strategy? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
