Any good under construction residential projects in Mangalore City

Does anyone have suggestions for under construction residential projects expected to be completed in 3-5 years? Edit: I currently live abroad and am planning to buy a 2-3 BHK apartment for future use. Given the high prices of completed projects, I’m considering purchasing through early booking.
