AAI location near kaikamba

Hi all, Came across this location while I was traveling to kaikamba from kenjar. https://maps.app.goo.gl/SAgDDqpVNp4Muj6M8 Ever since I saw this place I'm curious to gather more information on this. I learnt that this location is something related to the airport authority of India (AAI) . Is this place used for aircraft communication ? From outside this looks like an abandoned place. Can anyone who stays near to kaikamba or any aircraft enthusiasts give more information on this place?
